I plugged my unit in but it is not tracking, is the device bad?

There’s a few possibilities:

  • My orange LED light is blinking or not showing. Drive to an area with good Verizon coverage.
  • My green LED light is blinking or not showing. That means it’s searching for GPS. Please make sure your device is not blocked by any metal. When you are installing, do not do so in a garage.

TO TRACK: Your PNP needs both SOLID green and orange LED lights.

You told me to check the LED lights but I have none!

Check the fuse! The PNP devices run off the same fuse that powers the port that charges your cell phone.

  • If your car charger/cigarette lighter port is not working: you need to replace the fuse to get the unit to power on.
  • If your car charger/cigarette lighter IS working: If you can, try plugging in a different unit that you know works into the vehicle. If this one works, it’s safe to assume the original unit needs to be replaced.   • As a reminder: all defective units need to be returned to ensure a valid warranty. If you lose or damage the unit, you will be issued a $129 charge for replacement.

My PNP device is not compatible with my truck? What can I do?

  • If your unit(s) is not compatible, we can replace with hardwired device(s) or we can issue a full refund if it is within 30 days from the purchase date. If it is after 30 days a refund cannot be issued, however a cancellation request can be filled out here: CANCELLATION REQUEST

I submitted a service request form but I have not gotten a response back.

  • Please allow customer service 48 hours to process. If you have not heard from a representative within 48 hours, please contact support at (888) 857-8370.

I want to cancel service; how can I do that?

How do I set up alerts and reports?

  • There are training videos right on the system! When you sign in, go to the “Reports” tab or “Alerts” tab and then just click the ‘?’ icon for help!
