Plug and Play

The EZ-165 Plug & Play device plugs directly into your vehicle’s OBDII port. The installation is quick and simple, allowing for an easy deployment among your fleet. The unit provides real-time location, speed, heading, stopping and mileage data. The devices cellular and GPS antennas are both internal, as well as a backup battery that reports up to 60 minutes after being unplugged.

This unit is compatible with most vehicles manufactured after 1996.

Field Service is broken down between 2 types of roles: Manager and Service Agent.

To use Field Service Management Software, you need at least 1 manager role plus the additional service agent roles. So, if you have 5 trucks, you’d have 1 manager role + 5 service agent roles.

Job Scheduling and Dispatching

With Field Track you can easily create and assign jobs either on the go or in the office. The jobs you create can be assigned to one or multiple team members. Notifications are automatically sent to them, which alerts them of the new assigned job. Here you can attach job notes, comments, files, and photos to give your techs all the info they need to perform the job.

Invoices and Estimates

If you’re in the field or in the office, you can quickly create itemized estimates and invoices for customers. You can add line items to the invoice in different quantities with different tax applications. Good news! Subtotals, tax, and totals are automatically calculated for you. Once you create the invoice from your phone or computer, you can generate a PDF for your customer. Now you’ll never lose track of an invoice and can easily monitor what’s been paid and what hasn’t. You can also take a customer’s signature right over a phone or tablet, so they can pay right on the spot.

Job Assignment and Reminder Notifications

With Field Service, you can have notifications sent to team members when a new job has been assigned to them. This can be set up as an easy, automatic process to help reduce the amount of manual entry. A scheduled job will automatically appear within the techs schedules and automatic alerts can help make sure they never forget a job.

Status and Update Logging

Using the system, field agents can update a job status, attach photos, and log updates on jobs right from their mobile device. All changes/updates that are logged automatically order themselves chronologically to give managers a real-time update on the job. Techs can mark the jobs a in progress, pending action, completed, or cancelled. They can also attach photos and log comments to give managers real-time progress into a job.
